Durham Hilton, 3800 Hillsborough Rd, Durham NC 27705

We need your help to off-set the cost of this special event.  The Durham Hilton has been so gracious over the past several years sponsoring this event.  We cannot thank them enough!

We have other expenses that we occur where we need your help as a sponsor.  Click HERE to donate.

Vets To Vets United, Inc. would like to thank all who have supported us over the past nine- and one-half years.  Thanks to your kindness we have been able to provide an invaluable free service for our US Military Veterans and their service dogs.

For those of you who are new to being sponsors, Vets to Vets United, Inc. is a 501©3 nonprofit veteran service/animal rescue organization serving the Triangle area in North Carolina and beyond.  This organization consists of local veterinarians and volunteers working together to provide service, therapy, and emotional support animals, and free or discounted veterinary care to our US Military Veterans suffering from loneliness, depression, Post Traumatic Stress, Traumatic Brain Injury and/or physical disabilities.

The majority of the animals enrolled in our program come from local pet rescues and shelters.  A few dogs are already owned by veterans and in need of training.  In addition, we also provide animal assisted therapy visits for residents in our community.

We currently have 12 dogs in our program with 68 veterans on our waiting list to receive a dog.  Each veteran/pup team trains at our facility weekly for approximately two years. All training services, training supplies, veterinary care and more are free to our Veteran/pup teams enrolled in our program. These expenses are covered by sponsors like you, Vets to Vets United, local veterinarians, and individual support from our community.

We are doing our very best to allow each veteran and pup to focus on the healing that develops during bonding and training.  We have seen the difference that this program has made as a lifesaving service for both the Veteran and their service dog. We do not want any veteran to worry about the cost for owning and training their pup.

We sincerely thank you for your support.
